What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds supports for eligible Australians with disability, to help them pursue their goals and take part in everyday life.
What is an NDIS plan?
Your plan sets out your goals and the funding available for supports. You can choose which registered providers you'd like to work with.
Where do we fit in?
Supportive Journeys is a registered NDIS provider. We work with you to provide the supports in your plan in a way that suits your routines and preferences.
